Need to return a product?
To return a product at Landon Trophy
Awards, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
service@ltawards.com.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
To request an RMA:

information to authorize your return:

- Invoice number
- Item(s) part number
- Nature of the problem
In general, Landon Trophy Awards
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
30 days. However, Landon Trophy Awards reserves
the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the
invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit
will be issued toward one of the following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Landon Trophy Awards on returned items, and Landon Trophy
Awards will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchange item(s) going back.
